This is the best time of the year. Almost everyone seems to be happier than normal. There is a sense of joy that floats throughout homes. The malls get chaotic because everyone has to get the best thing for their loved ones. People go crazy for the smallest things like Christmas trees, cookies, lights, and so much more. This is all accepted because Christmas only comes around once a year.

All of this can be an overwhelming feeling for some people, but for me, this is the time that I am the most happy. Family comes in town to visit. Parties are held. Ugly Christmas sweaters are taken out of the back of the closet because they are now going to be put to use. Why wouldn’t you love this time of the year? Everything just makes you warm and fuzzy.

Christmas lights are a number one favorite in my family. They are so beautiful to look at and some people just get crazy creative with what they have to work with. I will never understand what Scrooge or the Grinch were thinking. How can someone not possibly love Christmas time!
