Jared Swierk  (12) is this week’s OHS Athlete of the Week.

In the three games boys varsity soccer has played, Swierk has scored four goals.  With a game winning goal against Webster Groves on Sept. 2 and two goals against Chaminade on Sept. 5, Swierk has been a big part of the Tigers 2-1 start.

“His contributions have been huge to our early start,” head coach Dave Robben said. “If his scoring continues, that would be the top scoring we need from him to have a successful season.”

The Tigers next game is tomorrow at 6 p.m. at St. Dominic.
