As the crisp autumn air settles in and the leaves begin to change color, students and teachers begin to embrace the season through a variety of favorite fall activities. From pumpkin carving to holiday markets, this time of the year offers something for everyone. Students and teachers share what makes their fall great and the traditions that they look forward to each season.
- Brooke Fagyal (12) – Apple picking is my favorite fall activity because you get to do it with your friends and it’s fun to get outside and do something you can’t do all the time.
- Kolton Kreisz (12) – My favorite fall activity is running because of the nice weather.
- John Ries (staff) – I love HalLUDOween. It is this band LUDO from Saint Louis and they put on three concerts every Halloween and I go to all three of them, and it’s awesome and it’s just a good time.
- Charlotte Dickemper (11) – [My favorite activity is] going to fall festivals with family and friends and getting some hot cocoa and walking around. I go down to St. Genevieve for fall festivals and markets.
- Olivia McBride (9) – My favorite fall activity is carving pumpkins because you get to turn them into whatever you want, and it’s a fun way to get together with family and friends.
- Theo Long (12) – My favorite fall activity is going to the pumpkin patch because I can go with all of my friends and it is free.
- Ashlyn Petlansky (9) – My favorite fall activity is going Black Friday shopping.
- Audrey Seger (12) – My favorite fall activity is going to the holiday market in Tower Grove because I can get vegetables to eat.
