Tripping to Williamsberg
OHS choir is looking to improve on their already impressive spring when they travel to Williamsburg, Virginia to compete in their final competition of the year.
Three OHS Choirs has already achieved an excellent 1 overall rating at MSHAA Large Group festivals, sent three students to state, and six groups will be competing in the Heritage Festival in Williamsburg April 22-26.
“I think we’re in really good shape,” choir director Michael Wegener said. And this will not be the first time Wegener has been there.
“I went on the same trip sophomore year and I really enjoyed it,” he said.
All OHS choirs are putting the finishing touches on their music before leaving.
“We’re looking forward to the challenge and I think we will do well,” Wegener said.
Good luck to all of the OHS choirs participating in the Heritage festival.
