Tailgating on Pride Rock
NHS hosts “Lion King” night
Students are encouraged to bring their blankets, lawn chairs, and cars to the first ever “tailgating” event on Friday, April 24.
This event will be put on by OHS’ National Honor Society (NHS) and is free for everyone to come. Donations, though, are accepted and all of the proceeds will go to the Humane Society.
To go along with the animal theme, NHS will be showing the Disney classic, The Lion King. However, contrary to the posters around OHS, pets are no longer allowed to the event due to a liability issue.
The viewing will take place in the Gym A parking lot and will start at 7:30 pm.
