Seniors whisk together Class of 2013 Cookbook

Seniors+whisk+together+Class+of+2013+Cookbook

Every year since 2006, the senior class at OHS has pieced together a book of their favorite topic: food. These cookbooks are filled with student’s and their family’s as well as staff’s favorite appetizers, dinners, and desserts. They are now available in the main office at Mrs. Patti Kappel’s desk.

“There are over 350 recipes in the book,” Kappel said. “There are a lot of good recipes to enjoy. Mr. Kern has a funny recipe in there as well!”

Recipes include interesting dishes like Sauerbraten, Jambalaya, Skinny Muffins, Bacon Jam, and many more. There is something for everyone.

“Mrs. Brady as well as myself made the books,” Kappel said. “They turned out great and we love the results.”

Books are available at Mrs. Kappels desk and are being sold for ten dollars during the school say as well as before and after school. Make sure to get your cookbook before they sell out by the end of the school year.
