Glow Hard or Go Home

After a turnout of about 280 people at last year’s Glow Dance, OHS will hosting its second annual glow dance.

“There’s 310 people going right now. We are expecting there to be more than last year,” said Junior Exec. Officer Katie Bauman(11).

The dance is not the same as homecoming or the winter dance from previous years at OHS. Instead of semi formal wear, students can wear a t-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes, or whatever they want. There are also techno, glow in the dark bubbles and glow sticks are provided. The glow dance also has black lights.

“It’s a ton of fun,” says Senior Exec. Officer Sandra Jasarevic(12). “It’s one of the best dances in high school.”

Glow dance tickets are still on sale and are $12. The glow dance will be Dec. 13 from 7-10 here at OHS.
