This weeks Athlete of the Week (really the month of November) comes from the varsity hockey team, in the form of Adam Schafer (12). Schafer has six goals and four assists in his last seven games.

The hockey Tigers have shined in the early goings of their season with a record of 5-2. A huge part of their success has been senior forward Adam Schafer.

“My linemates Steve Farina (12), Lance French (12), and I have very good chemistry and are having a lot of success playing with each other” Schafer said, “we are not afraid to share the puck with each other because we have faith in our line and teammates.”

With the toughest stretch of the teams schedule coming up this week, Schafer will look continue with his great success, as the team will look to him to continue to put the puck in the net.

“He has been working hard and putting the puck in the net and he is off to a great start and hopefully it will continue” senior captain Cameron Dulle said.

The Tigers will take on rival Vianney this Thursday (12/5) at Kennedy Ice Rink.
