Many may be wondering, when will the Valentine’s Day candy grams be coming around? But this year they won’t be. Student Council (STUCO) is going to be taking a different approach on Valentine’s Day by replacing candy grams with flower grams.
Flower grams are the same thing as candy grams, only instead of candy, STUCO will be replacing it with flowers. The flowers come in a variety of colors: red, white, and pink. These will be chosen at random and placed with the card.
“There is a limited supply of flower grams because we don’t know how many people are going to be buying them and we can’t over buy because the flowers will die and not be used,” STUCO Exec member, Cody Swanson (12) said.
Flower grams are being sold for $2 and will be ending on Feb. 9. Then the flowers will be delivered on Valentines Day, Feb. 14.
