We all scream for ice cream: Ted Drewe’s cools down OHS

We all scream for ice cream: Ted Drewe’s cools down OHS

Almost every student in OHS has gone down to Chippewa and tasted the St. Louis frozen sensation of Ted Drewe’s. Next week, however, this favorited custard stop is coming straight to Our House.

Starting on Monday, Oct. 15, Student Council will be teaming up with Ted Drewe’s by selling three flavors of the favorite frozen custard during all three lunches and will be selling them through Thursday, Oct. 19. Flavors include vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Custard will be two dollars and fifty cents a cup. StuCo will sell them until they are gone.

“It is something brand new StuCo is trying this year,” StuCo member Kelly Ries (11) said. “I think students are going to respond well to the fundraiser. Who doesn’t like Ted Drewe’s?!”

Many students are very excited about the new fundraiser coming to OHS next week.

“I’m so ready!” Molly Filiput (10) said. “I love Ted Drewe’s. I will be buying a cup of custard everyday next week.”
