Through the first part of the season, OHS hockey is 9-2-1 including a Top Hat Tournament championship. Center Tommy Heinzman (12) has led the charge for the Tigers.
Heinzman scored his first goal of the regular season and recorded two assists on Nov. 17 in a 5-4 win over De Smet. Then against Lindbergh, Heinzman had two goals and two assists against Lindbergh, a game which ended up tied 5-5. Heinzman is second in the team in goals with four and also leads with ten assists.
“He has come up with some big goals that lead to more momentum,” left wing Chad Parks said. “The kid’s hand are unreal,”
The Tigers take on Kirkwood this Friday at 6:15 p.m. at Kirkwood rink.
