Librarian Dan Wright sent out the toy bracket this December. “It is very important that you support the weird bracket community. Twice a year I make a strange bracket and I send it out and hope that people will respond," Wright said. His favorite childhood toy was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle figurine.
