King and queen of the sea announced

King+and+queen+of+the+sea+announced+

OHS’s Homecoming Week ended “Under the Sea” Saturday night with the annual homecoming dance. Students danced, jumped and yelled as they had a good time.

The most exciting part of the night was the naming of this year’s Homecoming King and Queen. The crown of king went to Alex Dieckmann (12) and the crown of queen went to Julie Waters (12).

“I’m really excited and it was such an honor. I was really excited to win and it was really fun,” Waters said.

“It feels pretty good, I was excited to win and it was really fun. I enjoyed when the crowd cheered my name as I was walking on stage,” Dieckmann said.

Class of 2014 Bio: Hi! As you can see, my name is Evan. I am an avid sports fan who loves watching, playing, and studying them. I am always down to watch or talk about sports. I am loud and out going and try to be friends with everyone. I play football and enjoy playing the sport and being on a team with such a great group of guys. I plan to go to Mizzou and pursue a degree in journalism, and hopefully one day become a sports announcer. I would like to give a shout out to my favorite editor and dime piece Maddie Foster. Oh, and I'm unemployed and single, so do not hesitate to stop and talk to me.
