The OHS girls basketball team opened the season with a 49-41 loss to Cor Jesu at Oakville on Dec. 3. The Tigers then lost their next game against Hazelwood East 46-41.
“This team is still young,” head coach Aaron Bosch said.
Taylor Ventimiglia (11) led the team with 14 points against Cor Jesu.
“We got to take better shots,” Ventimiglia said.
Aaryana Cook (12) led the team in points against Hazelwood East with 13. Alyssa Norberg (10) also had 11 points.
“We didn’t execute down the stretch, but we never got discouraged,” Bosch said.
