The OHS football team lost to Saint Louis University High School 48-31 on Friday, Oct. 19 at Rodger Estes Field. Raymond Wingo (11) scored a total of seven touchdowns for SLUH: five rushing, one interception, and one kick return. He also had 302 rushing yards on 24 attempts.
Morris LaGrand (12) had two rushing touchdowns and one kick return for a touchdown for OHS.
In order for the Tigers to advance to the playoffs, the Tigers will have to tighten up defensively.
The Tigers will play Marquette in districts at Marquette on Friday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m.
“I expect for us to dominate the game,” Conners said.
The Tigers lost the first game against Marquette 10-9. Since then the Tigers have gone 4-5. Marquette is also 4-5 heading into the rematch.
