Sierra Hunter, editor in chief
Hey! My name is Sierra Hunter and I’m Editor in Chief of the Prowl. This will be my second year on staff; last year I was profiles editor. Also last year I helped begin the “Circle of Life” page where I would go out into the community and interview the people of Oakville. Besides newspaper, I recently joined the yearbook staff. I look forward to writing and photographing for both publications (because I can’t seem to get enough of Room 234). Over the summer I got my first job at Treehouse daycare where I taught a class of four and five year olds, and I will continue to work there throughout the school year. I’m unsure of where I will be attending college (#seniorstruggle), but I would like to pursue a career in speech pathology or elementary education. Later in life I would like to join the Peace Corps and/or travel. While not stressing about deadlines, you can probably find me napping, watching Netflix, doing my Target laps, drinking Starbucks (or really any form of caffeine), writing, ranting, or painting.
