On Feb. 9, the annual OHS Battle of the Bands took place and rocked the house. Quali-T, also known as Tommy Stieren (11) featuring Eric Simon (12), won by populous vote.
“I appreciate everyone who came out to the show and especially the ones who voted for me; it means a lot,” said Stieren.
Organized and led by head-chair Byron Neil (11) and co-chair Dan Carter (10), Battle of the Bands put forth a plethora of high energy entertainment.
The performing acts were, in order: Spark Fires, The Fourth L33f, Home & Away, and Snooty and the Ratfinks.
“I think my performance went well,” Stieren said. “I had a lot of fun up on stage.”
