Since Sra. Weber and Sra. Vogel have departed from OHS, Sra. King has taken on the Spanish Four classes this year, bringing many new projects and ideas to the class. These projects include the students making a video of themselves talking about their favorite Spanish word and what it means to them.

“My favorite word was ‘la sonrisa’, which means ‘smile’ because it’s fun to say and I like smiling a lot. It was not too hard to put it in Spanish and it was cool to see all the videos everyone put together in class and their own interpretation of their favorite word so it was a cool project,” Spanish student Katie Bauman (12) explains.

The Spanish Four students will be doing many projects like these during the remaining year.
