OHS choir continues to make their mark on Missouri. Eight OHS singers have earned a spot in the Missouri All-State choir.

13 OHS choir students made the All-Suburban choir, and had the opportunity to audition for the Missouri All-State choir. Only 16 choir students from the St. Louis area make the All-State choir, and eight of those came from OHS this year.

The OHS All-State choir students are Morgan Allen (12), Nathan Gallop (12), Trent Manning (12), Haley Miller (12), Olivia Novak (12), Tommy Schartner, and Eric Throm (12). These students will be performing with the All-State choir at the Missouri  Music Educators Association in January at the former Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, MO.

“When I made All-State it was much more of a feeling of relief since I made it last year,” said Throm. “Then it turned into excitement because we had such a large number of people make it this year.”
