Four seniors participated in their last swim meet as an Oakville Tiger this past Tuesday, Feb. 10.

The team said goodbye to four senior teammates: Abby Zeltmann, Sam Beiter, Ela Dolic, and Madie Behnen. They did this by covering the pool in black and gold along with hanging up pictures and banners. After the meet they had a big cake to celebrate. However, the cake was later used to start a cake fight. The seniors really enjoyed the night.

Throughout the year these seniors impacted the underclassmen and left a lasting impression on them.

Ally Landmann (11) is a underclassmen who was close to the seniors and will miss them very much.

“I’ve made good memories with them and will miss them next year,” said Landmann.

The seniors will also miss swimming and the team.

When asked what she will miss the most, Zeltmann said her teammates because they helped her through the practices.

These seniors will be missed in the OHS swim program.
