The Freshman girls basketball team continues to hold their undefeated season of 2-0 after defeating Pattonville with a score of 36-29 on December 9.

Makayla Slavik scored the first basket of the night which started the game out strong. The girls scored 18 points in the first half while their opponents were close behind with 15 points.

“It went well and we worked hard as a team and no matter what happened we focused on us,” said Madiah Parker (9).

The game was very close but the girls fought for the win.

“It went well. We played a lot harder than last game and we out played the other team overall. I was happy to see them fight for the win,” Coach Maggie Zehner said.
